The watch is great ... fitment, appearance, and so forth; however, I would have liked the fact if you purchase a world time timepiece, that you would be able to set it for those locations that actually use the .5 hr increments such as Afghanistan.

I agree that the rubber strap is a nice alternative to the stainless steel on the similar Black Eagle Skyhawk Citizen watch. In fact I feel this gives the watch a more sporty look. Very detailed dial and display, works on Analog and Digital times. The Eco-Drive technology allows the watch to work without the use of a battery.

My husband loves this watch; there is a similar Citizen Black Eagle Skyhawk Black Ion watch with a stainless steel strap but the rubber strap on this model (JR3155-03E) is a nice alternative and my husband agreed.
