365-Day No-Hassle Return Policy
That’s right – We provide you a 365-Day No-Hassle Return Policy. When you receive your package we understand you need to see the watch and try it on to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. If after doing so you wish to send your watch back we will accept your return up to a year from your date of purchase.* To return your merchandise, click here to request an RMA number online and request an RMA number. Be sure to write the assigned RMA number on the outside of the package. This RMA number will expire after 10 days. Note: Any returns received without an RMA number and beyond expiry will NOT be processed. Please be sure to send the product back within that time. Expired RMAs cannot be reissued. No exceptions. Return merchandise must be in original condition or it will not be accepted by our processing facility. We strongly advise that upon receipt of the watch to be sure that you are satisfied with the watch prior to removing the watch tags and wearing the watch. Be sure that all manufacturer packaging and literature including any booklets or manuals, warranty cards are included and tags are still intact. If the merchandise shows any sign of wear including scratches or other markings, removal of links or tags, the return will not be accepted. When returning your Watch you must also include any free gift you received with your order. If the gift is not included with your return we will deduct the full retail value of the free gift from your refund amount. Upon return of the Watch/watches, shipping charges for each returned Watch if paid will be deducted from your refund amount. As Authorized Dealers for the brands that we carry, we receive all of our watches directly from the manufacturer. If you find that your watch is not working correctly or that there is a manufacturer defect you must contact the manufacturer as your watch will be covered under the full manufacturer warranty that you receive by purchasing from an Authorized Dealer. Once the return reaches our processing facility it will usually be a period of 5-7 business days before we issue you a refund back to your original method of payment. No restocking fees, no deduction of original shipping charges, it is very simple. You send the product back and you get your money back! Isn’t that how it should always be?? Clocks Returns: If your clock is defective, return the clock back to the manufacturer for replacement or repair. Please contact our customer service for instructions. No returns for clocks are accepted at our Return Department. * Any Limited Edition or Special order Watches can only be returned within 7 days from purchase with valid Return Authorization from our Return Department for full refund.
